New year, new me.
Happy new year! I’m pretty excited for 2022! I started my post parting weightloss journey October 14th,2021 and for the first time in 3 years I rang in the new year not wearing maternity clothes or underwear from when I was pregnant with my twins! 2022 is our year!!! I’m working on finding happiness. Happiness in myself and living with gratitude.
I’ve started listening to a new self help podcast (the happiness lab), have 3 daily goals, 1 weekly goal and 1 monthly goal.
Drink enough Water
Unplug and Sleep at least 8 hours
At least 1 self care act
Read at least 1 self help book and/or finish 1 full self help podcast
Life isn’t perfect, but it is mailable. You can shift your mindset and perspective it just takes little actions that add up to a big change!
What are some of your goals for 2022? It can be something as small as drinking more water or going on a daily walk. Surround yourself around positive people and start changing your mindset into something that will cultivate positive change.
